EU executive moves to fix Aarhus breach as it rolls out new environment plan

It could soon be easier for green activists to challenge EU decisions in court, after the European Commission moved to comply with the Aarhus Convention on access to environmental information and justice, while unveiling its eighth Environmental Action Programme.
