Doubts over EU move to make energy treaty climate-friendly

The European Commission is not pushing hard enough to reduce protection for fossil fuel investments under the controversial Energy Charter Treaty (ECT), environmental campaigners warned on Wednesday as documents were leaked ahead of a meeting of EU commissioners.
