Blog: Thoughts turn to air quality as Brussels locks down again, MEP campaign takes an unprecedented turn

Belgium, France, Germany and several other European countries re-imposing lockdowns this week to control soaring Covid-19 infections. Others are expected to take similar actions soon. A total of almost seven million coronavirus cases have been reported across the European Economic Area and the UK.
