Von der Leyen must scrap ‘watered down’ CAP reforms

The European Commission should withdraw its proposal to reform the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) after MEPs and governments hollowed out its environmental provisions, or risk reneging on its own pledges, influential campaign groups have said.
