Plastics industry loses BPA challenge a third time

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) was correct to determine that the widely-used endocrine disruptor bisphenol A (BPA) is a substance of very high concern (SVHC) due to its impact on wildlife, the EU’s General Court ruled on Wednesday.
