Access to justice: Warning over EU Council position on Aarhus reform

Member states risk jumping the gun on reforming the EU’s Aarhus Regulation on access to environmental justice, a green group has warned, after ministers signed off on their position before receiving evidence from the UN body overseeing the global convention.
