Restore ocean life to spark ‘green recovery’, campaigners urge MEPs

Setting a target to restore at least 15% of EU waters could trigger a boom for coastal communities while helping to protect them from the effects of climate change, green groups have said as the European Parliament prepares to vote on its response to the Biodiversity Strategy.
