Parliament CAP negotiator ‘irritated’ by European Commission’s fifth column

Differences over ‘eco-schemes’ and other green issues are complicating negotiations on Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) reform, and have forced the EU executive to take unprecedented steps in back room talks, German MEP Peter Jahr said on Thursday.
