Access to justice: EU court strengthens Aarhus rights in ‘landmark’ ruling

Legal campaigners have won a ‘first of a kind’ legal challenge against the European Investment Bank (EIB), after the Court of Justice of the EU (CJEU) ruled its decisions are subject to the same obligations under the Aarhus Regulation as EU environmental law.
