Lawmakers accuse EFSA of flouting law on pesticide approvals

More than a hundred MEPs and French lawmakers have accused the European Food Safety Agency (EFSA) of disregarding a recent EU court ruling when evaluating the safety of a raft of pesticides, and plan to lodge a legal complaint if their concerns are not addressed within two months.
