EU financial watchdog issues ‘robust’ advice on sustainable investment law

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has stipulated how companies should disclose the compatibility of their non-financial activities with the new EU Taxonomy Regulation, which sets out what qualifies as environmentally sustainable.
