Spain judged most climate friendly as NGOs launch ‘Green Recovery Tracker’

The EU is “tentatively on track” to ensure the hoped-for economic recovery will accelerate progress towards the goals of the European Green Deal, but so far only Spain appears to be pursuing a manifestly ‘green’ recovery, a fresh analysis shows.
