UK will take speedier green enforcement action than EU, says new watchdog chair

The chair of the UK’s post-Brexit body tasked with overseeing public bodis’ compliance with environmental law expects enforcement action to be “demonstrably more responsive and nimble” than is seen under the EU infringements process.
