Spanish climate law too little too late, green groups say

NGOs have criticised the lack of ambition in targets for emissions reduction and sustainable mobility in the climate change law approved by Spain’s lower house of parliament yesterday, almost six years after legislation was first promised by then-prime minister Mariano Rajoy.
