Pressure mounts on EU to fix Aarhus Convention breach

The European Commission and legislators must bring EU law in line with the Aarhus Convention on access to environmental justice, dozens of lawyers and academics have told senior officials after a recent reform proposal was deemed insufficient by a UN panel.
