Raw materials ‘mismatch’ risks undermining climate plans, says IEA chief

The director of the International Energy Agency (IEA) has urged policymakers to act quickly to ensure that a global switch to renewable power is not derailed by shortages of metals such as lithium, cobalt and copper.
