Greens say no to ETS for housing and transport

The EU must stick to the polluter-pays principle and not force citizens to foot the bill for climate action, leading Green MEPs said on Thursday as the European Commission drafts a proposal to reform the emissions trading system (ETS), possibly to include buildings and road transport.
