ETS for road transport and heating would need €180 carbon price by 2030 - study

Cutting greenhouse gas emissions from road transport and heating in line with the EU’s new targets for 2030 would require a carbon price of €130 by 2030 if the sectors were taken out of the Effort Sharing Regulation, a new study has found.
