Carbon market participants revise CO2 price predictions upwards

The cost of CO2 pollution under the EU emissions trading system (ETS) is expected to remain close to €50 a tonne until 2025, but a new survey suggests many participants are pessimistic about seeing a deal on a global market at the COP26 summit in November.
