Commission highlights biodiversity ‘undershoot’ in long-term budget

The EU’s long-term budget is not yet on track to allocate 10% of spending to biodiversity by 2026, a top European Commission official has said, warning much will depend on striking a solid agreement in talks on the future Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).
