Leak: EU green shipping law could backfire, campaigners warn

Green transport campaigners have reacted with alarm to a leaked draft of a regulation intended to cut the carbon footprint of the shipping industry, calling on the European Commission to exclude liquified natural gas (LNG) and crop-based biofuels from its list of “renewable and low-carbon fuels” .
