Airports expansion plan divides Spain’s coalition government

Barcelona mayor, Ada Colau, has attacked plans agreed by the Spanish and Catalan governments to extend a runway and create a new terminal at Barcelona airport, increasing passenger capacity from 50 to 70 million per year as part of a €1.7bn investment programme.
