PFAS: Teflon producer in court to challenge EU restriction

Chemours, a spin-off from American chemical conglomerate DuPont, has appeared before the EU General Court in Luxembourg to challenge a decision by the European Chemicals Agency to classify a member of the PFAS family as a ‘substance of very high concern’ (SVHC).
