CO2 limits for trucks, carbon removal, pesticides on Commission’s 2022 agenda

The European Commission aims to lower CO2 emissions standards for heavy-duty vehicles, introduce a right to repair electrical equipment, set new rules for pesticide use and develop carbon removal certificates, according to its 2022 work programme adopted on Tuesday.
