CCS wins big in first round of Innovation Fund awards

The European Commission has unveiled seven large-scale projects eligible for €1.1bn in support drawn from the EU emissions trading system, with carbon capture and storage (CCS), green steel making and waste-to-fuel among the technologies that will be trialled.
