Commission threatened with legal action over pesticide approvals

Anti-pesticide campaigners are using a recent change to the Aarhus Regulation to launch legal challenges against the re-authorisation of cypermethrin and the allegedly illegal presence on the EU market of chemicals that have not been fully evaluated by regulators.
