Industrial Emissions Directive: Green groups call for inclusion of greenhouse gases

A coalition of green groups has called on the European Commission to rework its proposal for revising the Industrial Emissions Directive before publication next week, after a leaked draft showed it did not intend to bring greenhouse gas emissions within its scope.
