Liese: ETS II ‘out of intensive care’, divisions remain over ETS I

The European Parliament’s rapporteur for reforming the emissions trading system has hailed “very positive elements” in a deal struck on Tuesday by its main political groups, but said some proposals to boost the file’s ambition may not survive a plenary vote.
