Carbon price for buildings ‘not enough’ to switch to clean heating - report

With energy prices rising in the EU, the Institute for European Energy and Climate Policy (IEECP) has warned that a mixture of policies would be kindest to low-income households in the long-run, whereas relying just on carbon pricing could push more people into poverty.
