Industry makes last-ditch effort to stop tailpipe emissions ban ahead of Parliament vote

Energy groups are urging MEPs to reconsider plans to ban tailpipe emissions from cars and vans by 2035, which will be voted on by the European Parliament next week as part of new rules on CO2 standards.
