POPs: Deal reached on limits of harmful ‘forever chemicals’ in waste

The value limits of a number of harmful chemicals ending up in waste will be further restricted and new chemicals will be added to the list of regulated substances, under an agreement on the revision of the 2019 POPs regulation reached on Monday evening by the European Parliament and Council negotiators.
