EU green trade plan ‘vague and unenforceable’, climate groups warn

The European Commission has outlined plans for a new approach to trade deals that seeks to mainstream sustainability commitments alongside potential sanctions for violations, but climate groups have warned that the revisions would mean that EU trade policy still lacks teeth.
