Lack of transparency on where EU recovery funds go, auditors warn

The European Court of Auditors (ECA) has identified weaknesses in the Commission’s assessment of the environmental impact of measures set out in national capitals’ recovery and resilience plans, while calling for more transparency on financed projects.
