Levels of synthetic chemicals in food should be 'a wake-up call', say researchers

Researchers have described their assessment of common synthetic chemicals found in foods as a “wake-up call” for the food industry and say that more research is “urgently needed” to fully understand the risks of continuing to increase our use of these chemicals.
