REPowerEU: Lead MEPs endorse suspending ‘do no significant harm’ principle

The EU should allow governments to suspend the ‘do no significant harm’ principle required under the bloc’s covid recovery fund in order to secure oil and gas supplies, a cross-party group of MEPs has agreed.
