Campaigners urge PFAS ban, warn delays will cause ‘massive pollution’

More than 50 civil society organisations have signed a manifesto urging the European Commission and EU member states to urgently ban PFAS, hazardous substances also known as ‘forever chemicals’ due to their persistence in the human body and the environment.
