Wind industry calls for EU emergency law to tackle ‘stalling’ expansion

The wind power industry has warned of meagre turbine orders – despite EU ambitions to rapidly boost the role of the energy source – while calling on the European Commission to draft emergency legislation to cut environmental ‘red tape’.
