EU-backed CCS project is latest victim of Dutch nitrogen crisis

The Netherlands’ top administrative court has struck down a law exempting construction projects from controls on nitrogen-based pollutants, in a test case brought by environmental activists targeting a major carbon capture and storage (CCS) project.
