Pesticide cuts: Ministers set to demand new impact assessment

A proposal to halve pesticide use by 2030, a cornerstone of the European Commission’s Farm-to-Fork Strategy, cannot progress until a fresh impact assessment has been made, agriculture ministers said on Monday evening.
