Most Spanish cities fail to implement LEZ mandate

Only around 20 out of 150 Spanish cities have met the 1 January deadline to introduce low emissions zones (LEZs), hailed as one of the most ambitious elements of Spain’s climate change and energy transition law, ENDS Europe has learned.
