ECHA appeal board rejects resorcinol challenge

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) acted lawfully when deciding to re-assess whether a common ingredient in acne medication, hair dyes and flame retardants should be considered an endocrine disruptor for the environment, its appeals board has said.
