Sinkevičius: Microplastics proposal ‘more or less ready’

The European Commission is close to finalising a proposal to tackle microplastics pollution from paints, tyres, pellets and textiles, although there is no clear timeline to publish the text, environment commissioner Virginijus Sinkevicius has said.
