EU auditors issue warning over environmental impacts of offshore wind

EU auditors have warned about the impacts of the rapid expansion of offshore wind, arguing the European Commission “has not estimated its potential environmental effects, including species displacement and changes in population structure, food availability or migratory patterns”.
