Spanish authorities urged to get tough on plastic pellet pollution

As the European Commission prepares to unveil legislation to tackle microplastics pollution, campaigners in Spain have urged the authorities to tackle long-standing pollution from plastic pellets washed from the Tarragona petrochemical complex.
