Campaigners warn of 'illusory' pesticide cuts

The methodology used to calculate the relative impact of different pesticides on health and the environment could mean the EU meeting a proposed target to halve the use and risk of such products without ending over-reliance on synthetic chemicals, organic farmers have claimed.
