Parliament has the ‘only acceptable’ position on environmental due diligence, say NGOs

Green groups have identified the European Parliament’s position on the corporate sustainability due diligence directive (CSDDD) as the only one to “ensure the file achieves its objectives”, warning that the approaches put forward by the European Commission and EU Council “would fail”.
