Agenda: The key events and green policy discussions to look out for next week

The third session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee (INC) discussing a UN treaty to end plastic pollution will take place at the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya, from 13 to 19 November. In Brussels, a trilogue on Tuesday may define the methane regulation, while the European Parliament transport committee on Thursday votes on a directive on shipping pollution.
