Cattle farms ‘most prominent’ hurdle in talks on industrial emissions

LEAK: Member states are contemplating a raised cattle threshold in an effort to reach an agreement with MEPs on the Industrial Emissions Directive, a leaked steering note reveals, as campaigners warn that the watered down text will target less than one per cent of cattle farms.
