‘Missing the mark’: Commission seeks to make CO2 ‘integral’ to EU economy

The EU executive has outlined requirements for a transport network for carbon dioxide that spans thousands of kilometres, under plans to foster a crossborder market for the greenhouse gas capable of generating €100 billion and 170,000 jobs.
