German minister calls for carbon price corridor

The EU carbon price should be kept within a "price corridor" from 2013 through the "flexible distribution" of carbon allowances to firms in the EU emission trading scheme (ETS), according to the findings of a German scientific advisory body backed by economy minister Michael Glos on Thursday.
